An avid and inclusive practitioner involved in giving back to the communities he is a part of, Sidney acts as a mentor for other lawyers at the firm. He also volunteers his time with organizations that provide services aimed at assisting adults and children who have developmental disabilities or autism with integrating into their community. Additionally, he has won the McMillan's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) award for allyship.
