On November 8, 2023, GRATA International Mongolia, in
collaboration with the German-Mongolian Business Council and the
Business Council of Mongolia, hosted a Contract Law training
session. Over 40 participants, comprising members of the business
councils and individuals with a keen interest, took part in the
event.
In this session, we sought to elaborate on and give
understanding of the overall structure of the contract, essential
conditions that must be included in the contract and their
relevance in greater depth based on practical application.
