Our team assisted Unilabs Nederland B.V. in connection with the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of B.V. Laboratorium-Centrum voor Bedrijven L.C.B. and Atalmedial Holding B.V. and its subsidiaries from Stichting Atalmedial.
