Morrison Foerster served as government contracts regulatory counsel to Boecore, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, in its acquisition of La Jolla Logic. Boecore is a leading provider of technology solutions to customers within the space, missile defense, hypersonics, and strategic deterrent mission areas. La Jolla Logic is an advanced technology and engineering provider of cybersecurity, software development, and artificial intelligence/machine learning solutions.
