The Firm's Healthcare Team represented Dallas-based AccentCare Inc., one of the largest providers of hospice and home health in the country, in its newly-formed joint venture with Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System, one of the largest not-for-profit health systems in southeast Texas. The joint venture will combine the parties' respective home health and hospice operations in southeast Texas, into one home-based care entity that will allow the organizations to strengthen their combined presence in Texas and greatly expand patients' access to home health and hospice.
