The firm represented Staci Group, Europe's leading multichannel fulfillment provider that is headquartered in France and a portfolio company of Ardian Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Amware Fulfillment, LLC. Amware is a national fulfillment logistics partner providing omni-channel and customizable solutions to direct-to-consumer (D2C), e-commerce and retail customers. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The combined company gives customers a multichannel fulfillment solution across North America and Europe, with 81 fulfillment centers (9.8 million square feet), including 18 facilities in the U.S. and 63 across France, Belgium, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain.
