Paul Downs will moderate a discussion hosted by the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar, the third in a multi-part program that pairs young lawyers with Commercial Division Justices to put on a "casual" conversation geared to what young lawyers (or future lawyers) should know about the court system and appearing before the Bar Association.

JUSTICE LAWRENCE KNIPEL is New York State Administrative Judge for Civil Matters, Second Judicial District (Kings County, Brooklyn). He has implemented many innovative programs to streamline court procedures and increase efficiency, including the inauguration of the nation's largest and most comprehensive central pre-trial discovery complex. In addition to his administrative duties, Justice Knipel continues to preside over Commercial matters.
