For a Webinar on PFAS, Site Access and More: Up-to-the-Minute Insights on Key Site Remediation Issues
The long-anticipated PFAS soil standards are here, and as expected they are an order of magnitude lower than standards for other contaminants. With no phase-in period, remediating parties and their LSRPs will have to determine the impact these standards have on their cases. In addition, there have been several court decisions that may impact how remediation is conducted and who is responsible for compliance. We hope you will join us for a lunchtime webinar to discuss some of these new developments, including lessons learned and practical considerations. Among the issues we'll address are:
- NJDEP Interim Soil Stands for PFAS Compounds
- Case Law Developments
-
- Site Access requests and commingled plumes
- ISRA enforcement
- Who is considered "in any way responsible" under the Spill Act
