Answer ... An award may not appealed or revised, but can be set aside in justified cases. The New York Convention sets out the grounds for dismissal of an award. Under the Arbitration Act, the court will refuse enforcement of an arbitration award if it deems that:
- the subject of the dispute may not be referred to arbitration in accordance with Hungarian law; or
- the arbitration award is in conflict with Hungarian public order.
