Answer ... In accordance with the Arbitration Act, a dispute may be resolved by arbitration if:
- it concerns matters of which the parties can freely dispose (Article 1(2)); and
- its resolution is not under the exclusive jurisdiction of a Macedonian court (Article 1(6)).
Answer ... Pursuant to the Arbitration Act, an arbitration may be seated outside Macedonia only if at least one of the parties, at the time of conclusion of the arbitration agreement, is:
