Appleby was instructed by the shareholders of Sandell Holdings Ltd. in connection with the sale of the entire issued share capital of Sandell to Randall & Quilter II Holdings Limited for an initial consideration of $25million, with further amounts payable subject to certain conditions being met.

Sandell Holdings Ltd is a Bermuda exempted company and the parent company of Sandell Re Ltd., an exempted company registered in Bermuda as a segregated accounts company and as a Class 3A insurer. Randall & Quilter II Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd., a company listed on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market 100 Index, the R&Q group, founded in 1991 primarily provides legacy acquisitions and program management services.
