KM2 Solutions, a leading US-based Contact Centre company operating in Barbados, has added five new client programmes in the auto finance market during the fourth quarter of 2016, bringing the total number of auto finance programmes managed by KM2 to more than 20.

The services provided for these new client programmes include customer service, loan processing (pre-funding, originations, verifications, welcome calls), loan servicing and 1st party collections, back-office services and more.

David Kreiss, KM2 President & CEO said, "We're delighted and honoured to have been chosen by our clients to manage their programmes from our near shore platform.  We look forward to delivering for our new clients the quality and productive services they expect, along with the cost efficiencies that we provide to all of our clients."

The five new clients for KM2 include regional and national lenders, a major US-based bank and trust company, and a credit union that ranks in the top ten nationally.  Services for these clients began during the fourth quarter of 2016.

KM2 Solutions' Barbados operation is located in the Harbour Industrial Park, St. Michael.  Since 2007, the Call Centre has grown from 250 staff to 700 and plans are in the works to expand its employee base to 1,100 staff members.  The company currently has locations in the Dominican Republic, Grenada, Honduras and St. Lucia.
