The Decree of the Ministry of Finance to the Act on Valuation was published in Cenovy vestnik Number 18. The notice determines prices, coefficients, surcharges and deductions concerning the procedures for application of the valuation methods for assets, rights, other assets and services.
The Decree introduced market rules for the valuation of buildings by means of a coefficient of marketability.
