Sacha is head of our immigration team and has been practising immigration law for over 20 years. She specialises in all aspects of UK business immigration and nationality law as well as the laws governing EU free movement and she supervises the work done by all members of the immigration team. Sacha has particular expertise in the Points Based System, including sponsoring migrants under the Points Based System, entrepreneurs and investors, as well as discretionary applications.

Jane is a partner in the pre-eminent employment and HRLaw team at Fox Williams and is considered one of the sector's top experts in representing both senior executives and employers, providing guidance to Boards and the C-suite. She is a member of the firm’s Partnership Board. Jane has been consecutively ranked by the key independent guides to UK law firms as a ‘leading individual’, in Chambers and Partners and in Legal 500, who also recognised her in their 2018 inaugural Hall of Fame.

Adèle has extensive experience advising both businesses and individuals on all aspects of business immigration, including sponsor licences, prevention of illegal working and applications under the Points Based System, having advised on over 750 immigration applications. She routinely works with business clients from start-ups to FTSE 100-listed companies, and also undertakes personal immigration work including nationality advice and applications under the EEA Regulations. As a member of the Fox Williams immigration team Adèle also assists with closely related aspects of mainstream employment law including policies, secondments and contracts.
