Mrs Cyralene Benskin-Murray is the General Counsel and at various times acted as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Supervision and Regulation of the Financial Services Commission - Barbados (“Commission”).  In her role as General Counsel, Mrs Benskin-Murray acts in support of the Chief Executive Officer and the Commission with respect to actions under the plethora of legislation administered by the Commission and recommends legislative changes as well as participates in the formulation of policy and regulations for the overall system of financial regulation.

Jennifer Clarke-Murrell is the Deputy Director of the Bank Supervision Department of the Central Bank of Barbados.  She is career Central Banker with 20+ years at the Bank.

Having spent 20 years in the Bank Supervision Department she has become somewhat of an expert in the area of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing.  She is a Caribbean Financial Action Task Force (CFATF) 3^rd and 4^th round trained Assessor.

Jennifer holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting from the University of the West Indies and a Masters’ degree in International Banking and Financial Studies from the University of Southampton.
