Natasha Luther-Jones is the International Head of Sustainability and ESG, and the Global Co-Chair of the Energy and Natural Resources sector, at global law firm DLA Piper. For over a decade Natasha has been advising in the renewable energy sector, and is best known for her focus on Corporate Power Purchase Agreements. She has advised on dozens of transactions in over twenty countries and spanning all major sectors. Natasha has been instrumental in developing DLA Piper's leading practice advising on corporate end-user PPAs.

Mr. Ludwig is the Global Head of NORD/LB’s Structured Finance department, representing the bank’s global activities for the financing and advisory of renewable energy and infrastructure projects with teams located in Hannover, London, Oldenburg, Singapore and New York. In 2020, he became the General Manager of NORD/LB´s London Branch in addition to his role as Global Head of Structured Finance.

Since 2004, Mr. Ludwig has helped to build, structure and establish Nord/LB’s global project finance franchise and has been involved in structuring and advising countless project finance transactions for renewable energy projects.

Furthermore his department is known to serve as a hub for capital market ready financing solutions. It is recognized as an early mover in placing project finance loans with institutional investors and developing hybrid products tailored for renewable energy transactions.

According to various project finance publications NORD/LB Structured Finance scores consistently as one of the leading MLAs within the renewable energy sector – consistently ranking on top levels in the industry’s league tables.
