Worldwide: Residence and Citizenship: Cyprus, Malta, and St Kitts & Nevis

This webinar will provide a thorough overview of the options and possibilities regarding residence and citizenship in the three jurisdictions of: Cyprus, Malta and St Kitts & Nevis. A brief outline of the lifestyle offered in each jurisdiction will be featured.

The webinar will explore the difference between residence and citizenship and detail what programmes exist in each of the three jurisdictions, the costs involved and the key criteria to be met.

Tax residence will also be covered; the regimes that are available, and the benefits they offer, if individuals choose to become tax resident

SPEAKERS
Robert Homem

Robert is Managing Director of the Dixcart office in Cyprus. 

He assists individuals and companies relocating to Cyprus and provides tax efficient solutions for clients. He has a detailed understanding of the Cyprus Permanent Residence Programme and advises clients on how to benefit from the additional tax incentives available to non-domicile Cypriot tax residents. Robert also has experience in international tax planning and structuring.

Robert qualified as as a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants in 1998. Before moving to Cyprus, Robert held several senior professional roles, including working at the Dixcart office in Portugal for twelve years.

Henno Kotze

Henno is a director of the Dixcart office in Malta and has expertise in providing international solutions to companies and individuals, from several countries around the world. He has a detailed understanding of the attractive residence programmes and tax regimes available to non-domiciled individuals in Malta.

Since joining Dixcart, Henno has advised many businesses relocating to Malta and has assisted a portfolio of clients wishing to obtain Maltese citizenship. 

He is a South African qualified Chartered Accountant and has experience working in South Africa and London, as well as in Malta.

Graham Sutcliffe

Graham relocated to St Kitts & Nevis in 2012 and was made Managing Director of the Dixcart office there in 2013. He previously worked at the Dixcart office in the Isle of Man.

One of his responsibilities is to promote and coordinate applications for the St Kitts & Nevis Citizenship programme.

During his time in Nevis, Graham has been responsible for the management of a diverse portfolio of international clients, both individuals and companies, from many varied business and social sectors.
