With over 20 years of rich experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Transformation, Kartik leads the Global Finance and Accounting Process Management, Contract Management, Commercial Processes, Supply Chain Consulting, and related Advisory and Analytics Services at Nexdigm Group. He holds the executive responsibility for the BPM and Operations Transformation services, and acts as a coach, mentor, and leader for the diverse team. He has led global innovation initiatives, including the set up of innovation labs, digital technologies, and an India-based COE.

Alpana heads operations of the Business Process Management practice at Nexdigm (SKP). She leads a team of accounting professionals and attorneys that provide finance and accounting and contract management services to our clients.
She specializes in assessing and understanding client needs across cultures, geographies, and industries, designing customized transition plans and implementing them, handholding the project through hypercare to steady-state, and then guiding continuous improvement efforts. Building strong and lasting client relationships is core to her role.

Thomas is a lawyer and previously held senior management positions with multinational companies in Tokyo, Singapore, 
Mumbai, New York and London in banking, telecommunications and insurance.Thomas acts for companies, investors and shareholders in a wide range of international commercial and corporate transactions.

Thomas' track record includes the successful execution of international business start-ups, investments and acquisitions of SME companies as well as M&A transactions of international banks and telecom corporations. Thomas has also advised on the integration of the Hungarian Stock Exchange into the Eurosystem and as a board member of the Securities Depository at the National Stock Exchange in Mumbai and as a member of the legal committee of the Indian Financial Services Regulatory Authority (SEBI) on the dematerialisation of the Indian Stock Market.

Thomas has worked in senior positions abroad for over two decades and has been regularly involved in building and restructuring businesses and markets. He therefore knows the cultural and economic realities from his own experience. This enables him to create economically and culturally viable and legally sound solutions for clients and their business partners.

With over 20 years of Senior Executive experience in large multinationals across a broad range of industries, having worked both in commercial roles and for the last 12+ years in global procurement, managing categories such as IT, bulk chemicals, API's, Marketing Services and MICE, Mark has a wealth of experience in supplier relationship, transformation and contract management. Mark has practice and experience in the negotiation of contracts from both sides of the table. Accomplished in the negotiation of multi-year high-value global contracts, MSAs, and SLAs.

Ujjawal leads the contract management practice at Nexdigm. He is driven by a passion of developing empowered contracting attorneys and professionals through knowledge and specialized enhancement opportunities. An attorney by qualification, Ujjawal has over 15 years of extensive experience of leading commercial contracting operations and processes, including contract preparation and authoring, compliance and legal assessments, negotiations, execution, and advisory with clients in a range of industries. He has represented clients on multi million dollar business transactions across geographies (US, West Europe, Latin America, MEA) and jurisdiction on contracts negotiation, advisory on disputes. He has represented clients from services industry, software (licensing, development, SAAS), pharmaceutical and clinical research, civil aviation & aerospace, manufacturing & distribution, digital media, government & regulatory bodies.
