The Guide to Cyber Investigations is published by Global Investigations Review—the online home for all those who specialize in investigating and resolving suspected corporate wrongdoing. It aims to fill a gap in the literature and provide an in-depth guide to every aspect of preparing for and dealing with data breaches and other cyber incidents. These incidents can be challenging, to say the least.

Benjamin Powell, Leah Schloss, Maury Riggan and Jason Chipman were contributing editors of The Guide to Cyber Investigations. Powell and Schloss authored the chapter "Introduction: Preventing, Mitigating and Responding to Data Breaches." Powell, Schloss and Chipman authored the chapter, "The 'Art' of Investigating: Responding and Investigating at the Same Time and Overseeing a Privileged Forensic Investigation." In addition, Powell and Riggan, along with Reed Freeman, authored the chapter, "FTC Investigations and Multistate AG Investigations."
