At a public meeting scheduled for June 22, 2017, the SEC Investor Advisory Committee will discuss capital formation, the decline of initial public offerings and certain provisions concerning the Financial CHOICE Act relating to the SEC.

The SEC invited the public to submit written statements to the Committee that must be received by June 22, 2017.
