Pryor Cashman represented Balfour Senior Living, a premier operator of independent living, assisted living and memory care communities, in the sale of a six-community portfolio located in the Denver and Boulder metropolitan areas owned by a partnership between Balfour Senior Living and AEW Capital Management, L.P., to a newly created partnership between Balfour Senior Living and Welltower, Inc. The portfolio was sold for approximately $300 million.

Under the counsel of Pryor Cashman Partners Todd Soloway and Danielle Schechner and Associate Michelle Blanter, the transaction closed on May 22, 2019.
