In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, several states and localities are providing filers additional flexibility to submit lobbying disclosures by extending filing deadlines or waiving late filing penalties. The vast majority of jurisdictions have not yet granted filing deadline extensions or waivers, although we expect the list to grow in the coming days.
