Fox Rothschild's Samuel Israel has been appointed to the board of directors of the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project (CBAP). The nonprofit organization provides direct, pro bono representation to those seeking protection in bankruptcy court.

At Fox, Israel handles a variety of commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on bankruptcy court. He also serves as chair of the firm's Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Practice and serves as outside general counsel to a generic pharmaceutical manufacturer.
