Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) ACOs. The SNF 3-Day
Rule Waiver waives the requirement for a 3-day inpatient hospital
stay in order to get Medicare coverage for a post-hospital
admission to a SNF for eligible beneficiaries. The guidance
