Tribunal fees will be introduced from 29th July onwards as planned.

The petition for interim interdict, from a Scottish law firm, to prevent the introduction of tribunal fees has been refused by the Court of Session and the launch of the fees will now go ahead as scheduled. It remains to be seen whether or not this decision will be appealed.
