We are firmly of the view that your, and all of our clients’ business operations and management should not be compromised in any way whatsoever based on the law firm they choose to use when doing business across Africa. For that reason, our ENSafrica Tanzania office has been closed. Our erstwhile Tanzania partners are continuing to operate as Rex Advocates, an independent Tanzania-owned and operating law firm. We wish to emphasise that our decision to close our office in Tanzania is driven solely by our desire to protect the best interests of our clients given the current legal and regulatory landscape and we would like to assure you of our ongoing support should you require any advice in relation to your business operations across Africa, and in particular East Africa.
