A recent graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, Peter Veldkamp joins the Business and Corporate Services Team. He will assist business owners in navigating matters involving but not limited to corporate governance and formation, tax and succession issues, and mergers and acquisitions.
Veldkamp is also a Certified Public Accountant. Before becoming a lawyer, Veldkamp gained several years of experience as an auditor for a national accounting firm and working in the finance department of an international, publicly-traded company.
Veldkamp is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. He completed his undergraduate degree from Calvin College.
