Appleby have further expanded their Jersey office with the addition of seven new team members.
Niall MacDonald joins the firm as Group Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice. Niall specialises in resolving commercial disputes and providing employment law advice. He also has experience resolving matters concerning trusts, fraud, professional negligence and property.
Niall is joined in the Dispute Resolution team by Lara von Wildenrath as Senior Associate. Lara joins Appleby Jersey from South Africa. Like Niall, she advises on all aspects relating to commercial litigation including insolvency proceedings and corporate disputes involving directors and shareholders.
Appleby has further strengthened their Corporate practice with the addition of Associate Keanu Newman from Scotland and Paralegals Holly Tanguy, Sam Jaakola and Sarah McDonald. Laura Sones has also joined as Paralegal in the Property department.
