On December 7, Morrison & Foerster's Corporate Finance | Capital Markets practice group co-chairs Dave Lynn and Scott Lesmes will speak on multiple panels at PLI's Annual Disclosure Documents 2021: Current Developments and Best Practices, taking place both virtually and in-person at PLI New York.
Scott Lesmes will serve as a chair of the conference, while both Dave and Scott will speak on the panels "Corporation Finance Developments and Priorities" and "Non-Traditional & Emerging Disclosure Developments".
PLI's one-day Annual Disclosure Documents 2021: Current Developments and Best Practices conference will highlight the important changes and updates over the past year in disclosure requirements. A faculty of experienced practitioners from law firms and publicly-traded and private companies will analyze recent regulatory developments and discuss practical and useful best practices for attorneys working with disclosure documents.
