James Ramsden QC was published in Friday's edition of Butterworths Journal of International Banking & Financial Law. His article entitled "Possessable or non-possessable ? OBG v Allan and the future of intangibles" analyses the issue of claims over intangibles with particular reference to crypto asset litigation.
It is the second time James has been published in the JIBFL in recognition of his leading expertise in this area.
