Senior associate patent litigator, Naomi was chosen by a judging team composed of in-house lawyers and journalists as one of the 22 WIPR Trailblazers in IP for 2021.
Naomi stood our for her background in physics, which puts her in particular demand for cases in the technology, telecommunications and engineering sectors, where her detailed understanding of complex technology puts her in a strong position.
She has become an expert on issues that arise specifically in the cutting edge fields of SEP litigation and FRAND disputes, as well as the complex confidentiality aspects of these cases, which are often multi-jurisdictional and have an emphasis on strategic and technical coordination.
In 2020 Naomi was named as a UK Rising Star by MIP. She was a key member of the team that advised IPCom in its case against Vodafone, which was selected as one of the Impact Cases of the Year by Managing Intellectual Property.
