The award winners are determined by, firstly, the number of votes received from Acquisition International Magazine's 53,000+ subscribers, in-house database of 150,000 individuals actively involved in some form of transactional activity. Secondly, by substantial in-house research. And thirdly, by requesting supporting documents from nominees.
