BOSTON, March 1, 2021 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced that it advised Bessemer Venture Partners on the creation of two funds which, in total, raised $3.3 billion.
The BVP XI fund, at $2.475 billion, will focus on early-stage companies spanning across enterprise, consumer, healthcare, and frontier technologies. The $825 million Century II fund is designed for growth-stage companies.
