Doyles Guide has recognised three Cooper Grace Ward team members as Leading Business and Commercial Lawyers in Queensland in the latest 2020 rankings.

The recognised lawyers are Greg Cahill, Andrew Corkhill and Charles Sweeney.

Greg Cahill is a consultant in commercial and private client team and provides commercial and tax related advice to private and corporate clients and gives specialist advice to accountants and other financial service providers on a wide range of direct and indirect tax issues (particularly income and capital gains tax and GST), state taxes and superannuation.

Andrew Corkhill is a partner in the commercial and corporate team and advises extensively on corporate finance transactions, including large-scale mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate financings.

Charles Sweeney is partner and leader in the commercial and corporate team and provides wide-ranging general commercial advice to clients, with particular areas of focus including corporate advisory and intellectual property / information technology.

The 2020 listing of leading Queensland Commercial Lawyers details individuals practising within the Queensland legal market, whose practice is often broader than the traditional corporate practice areas of M&A and Capital Markets and therefore covers the broader range of commercial and business matters.

Cooper Grace Ward congratulates Greg Cahill, Andrew Corkhill and Charles Sweeney on this significant achievement.
