Kyle Black, associate in the firm's Litigation section, will speak on a panel, "What is in Your DNA?" at the Pennsylvania Association of Occupational Health Nurses Conference on March 12 in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
The panel will discuss how genetic information can guide effective medication treatment plans for injured patients. Kyle will discuss the main laws in the U.S. governing genetic information, particularly the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act, and explain what can and cannot be lawfully done with a patient's genetic information.
