Arnold & Porter advised Advanced Systems Concepts, Inc. (ASCI) in securing a strategic investment from Turn/River Capital.
The Morristown, NJ-based ASCI is an analyst-recognized software industry leader with over 2,000 customers in 50 countries around the world. The strategic investment will be used to accelerate the development of ASCI's top software product ActiveBatch®, which is a leading Enterprise IT Automation and Job Scheduling solution. ASCI was founded in 1981 by Ben Rosenberg. The amount of the investment was not publicly disclosed. The deal was announced and closed October 23, 2019.
