Kirkland & Ellis represented Heritage Foodservice Group, a leading distributor of foodservice equipment parts, in its combination with Parts Town. The combination of Heritage and Parts Town will strengthen the companies' OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts distribution capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
