Atlanta-based Clyde & Co Associate Michael Russ Jr. has been named one of The National Black Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40, an invitation-only, professional honorary organisation composed of the top 40 lawyers aged 40 or younger in each US state who excel in their profession or promote diversity.

The National Black Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 is a preeminent organisation established to promote the nation's top black attorneys and designed to enhance the professional development of its members. It provides accreditation to its distinguished attorneys and aims to provide essential legal news, information and continuing education to its members. The selection process for admission is based on a multi-phase process which includes peer nominations combined with third-party research. The final result is a credible and comprehensive list of the most outstanding black lawyers chosen to represent their state, an essential source of networking and information for black attorneys throughout the US.

Mike's practice ranges from counseling clients in the pre-litigation phase to litigating cases in federal and state courts, as well as international arbitration. Mike's experience includes bad faith, insurance coverage and subrogation matters, personal injury, products liability, professional liability, and general commercial litigation. Russ received a Bachelor of Science degree from Coastal Carolina University and law degree from Emory University School of Law.
