Nuno joins from Ince where he was a Partner specialising in advising on hard commodities transactions, predominantly in the energy, metals and mining sectors with a geographical focus on Sub-Saharan Africa. He has a particular expertise in trade finance, foreign direct investment, cross border M&A and international commodities trading and was previously a senior legal counsel for Africa at global trading house Trafigura, where he had oversight of downstream and investment projects, trade and trade finance in over seven countries. Prior to this, he spent seven years in private practice between Africa and Europe and is qualified in England and Wales, Angola and Portugal.
