Ogier has acted for Seven Mile Suites, Ltd. in the sale of the
Comfort Suites Hotel & Resort at Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman
to Dart.
The Ogier team was led by partner James Bergstrom and included
senior associate Cynthia Anandajayasekeram and associate Jasmin
Matthews.
The sale adds the Comfort Suites Hotel & Resort to
Dart's existing hospitality portfolio, which includes the
Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, the
former Hyatt hotel and Grand Cayman Beach Suites resort.
James Bergstrom, who heads Ogier's Cayman office, said:
