Workplace investigations can be challenging. This interactive training will address best practices for leading these investigations, such as: effective interviewing skills; assessing credibility; weighing evidence; and handling issues of confidentiality. We will also discuss tips and tricks to write effective investigation reports.
This comprehensive program is packed with practical tips and techniques to advance investigative skills. Using interactive exercises, we will outline a step-by-step internal investigation process that can be applied in many types of investigations. Following the training participants will be able to:
- Apply best practices for conducting thorough, prompt, and equitable investigations
- Write effective investigation reports
- Effectively handle the difficult practical problems that come up in workplace investigations
