NEW YORK (January 23, 2026) – Holland & Knight represented Installed Building Products Inc. (NYSE: IBP) in its private offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.625 percent senior unsecured notes due 2034 (the 2034 Notes). The transaction was launched on January 6, priced on January 7 and closed on January 21.

Net proceeds from the sale of the 2034 Notes were approximately $490 million and were used to fund the conditional redemption in full of the outstanding 5.75 percent senior unsecured notes due 2028. Remaining net proceeds will be used to pay fees and expenses in connection with the redemption and other related transactions, as well as for other general corporate purposes.

The 2034 Notes were issued only to qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the Securities Act), and to certain persons outside the United States pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.

Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Installed Building Products is one of the nation's largest new residential insulation installers and is a diversified installer of complementary building products, including waterproofing, fire-stopping, fireproofing, garage doors, rain gutters, window blinds, shower doors, closet shelving and mirrors, and other products for residential and commercial builders located in the continental United States.
