CHICAGO – Masuda, Funai, Eifert, & Mitchell, Ltd. assisted Lake View Towers Residents Association Inc. to secure a $66.3M loan insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Development (HUD). Draper and Kramer was the loan originator and X-Caliber Capital Corp. was the lender in the transaction.
Lake View Towers Residents Association Inc. provides and maintains safe and affordable housing for low to moderate income individuals and families.
