Smith, co-head of Morrison & Foerster's National Security, Sanctions and Export Controls practice and former Director of the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC"), will be speaking at the Internal Conference on International Economic Sanctions: Risks and Best Practices in Milan, Italy on June 27, 2019. John will be the keynote speaker focusing his talk on United States secondary sanctions and the jurisdictional reach of OFAC.
