Toronto (June 12, 2019) — On June 11, 2019, Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment (MGE), the owner, developer and manager of integrated entertainment resorts throughout the United States and Asia, acquired certain assets related to Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara and entered into a long-term exclusive service provider arrangement with Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation to operate gaming in Niagara Region. Under this new arrangement, MGE will further expand Niagara Region's entertainment options by opening the new 5,000-seat Niagara Falls Entertainment Centre, located adjacent to the Fallsview Casino Resort.
