Morrison & Foerster partner Joe Palmore will be speaking at the Federal Communications Bar Association CLE Seminar "The TCPA and Robocalls: Recent Developments and the Road Ahead" on May 24, 2019 in Washington, DC. His panel, "Recent Developments in the Courts" will cover recent court decisions addressing TCPA and robocall issues, including what constitutes an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) under the TCPA and First Amendment issues raised by the TCPA. Along with his co-panelists, Joe will also provide an overview of recent trends in class-action TCPA litigation and discuss how government intervention could potentially affect such trends.
