This mock trial pitches lawyers for liability and property insurers against their insureds in a debate over whether claims arising from a construction project are excluded by faulty work and defective product exclusions. In the course of the trial, we will tease out the competing arguments for each side leaving it up to you, the Jury, to decide who wins.
