We are excited to introduce another innovation in the way we do business here at Di Rosa Lawyers.

As of the beginning of December 2018, our new service portal launched online at portal.dirosalawyers.com.au.

Our service portal can be accessed by our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website and whenever we communicate with you via email.

There are four main features of our service portal.

Make an appointment

If you are an existing client of ours, it is no longer necessary to email or phone us to make an appointment.

Simply, go on our service portal and book an appointment when the service portal indicates we are available (because the portal is linked to our internal diary for scheduling purposes).

Once you have booked the appointment, you will receive an automatic email and text reminding you of the appointment.

Easy!

Make a payment

Similarly, you will not need to contact us to make a payment of your bill.

By clicking on the "make a payment" button and entering in the relevant details including the reference number of the invoice you will be able to make a payment in any way you prefer.

This makes the mundane task of paying a lawyer's bill so much easier because you can do so at any time from the comfort of your own home knowing that your payment will be automatically allocated to your matter.

Read your documents

Via LawConnect, we can collaborate with you on important documents online, rather than taking the risk of sharing different versions of documents by email.

You can view, collaborate and share your documents from anywhere in the world, at any time, whether you're using a computer, tablet or smartphone. There is no reason for delay when time is important as you our lawyer working for you can work seamlessly on the move.

You can do more than just read documents. You can highlight text and comment. When you close the document an email of your comments will automatically be sent to your lawyer, who can then reply to your comments in the document. This eliminates the problems of lost and confusing email chains which create great uncertainty.

You can also upload your confidential documents into LawConnect to share them with us in the matter you are working on.

Refer a friend

If you are an existing client, and happy with our services, you are well able to refer a friend, colleague or family member on the service portal by sending that person a link to our service portal where they will be able to find our phone number, email, a contact form and more.
