Ontario.
Delta Plus Group, headquartered in France, develops,
manufactures and distributes personal protective equipment
worldwide.
Gowling WLG was counsel to Delta Plus Group in this acquisition
with a team that was led by Tom Hunter and that included Aubrey
Lasky and Adam Carlin.
