We proudly announce that once again our Lawyers have been approved in different practice areas by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association
The frequent feedback from LACCA members at meetings and elsewhere is that finding trustworthy, consistently good counsel in Latin America is still difficult.
Thus, LACCA launched the Approved lawyers, who have been personally recommended by its members. Once a year, all LACCA members are asked to nominate their preferred external counsel in specific areas of law. Only members, who are leading in-house counsel, are eligible to vote, for any private practice lawyer working in Latin America.
In the research process, these nominations from members are verified, counted and also weighted, with the region's biggest buyers of legal services being given more prominence in the process. Private practitioners are then selected for inclusion, by practice area and by country.
